Our very famous and popular Spanish Tapas Bar in London has an excellent reputation for our food and service. We are currently looking for an experienced Chef de Partie that knows their way around the kitchen. The menu focuses on using the very best Spanish produce, that helps our team to create a fantastic menu. The owners are looking into expanding the business so hard work and dedication could benefit you in the future. 
6 Shifts 
40-45 hours per week
2 days off
28 days holidays per year
The Chef
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Be able to take control and work all sections in the kitchen comfortably while maintaining the food standard. 
• Keep up with the high standards that this restaurant is well known for.
• Fully understand all health and safety requirements in the kitchen. 
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Enthusiasm and passion for food.
• An ability to work well under pressure.

British 1* Michelin restaurant, the menu is simple yet carefully created dishes are complemented by a relaxed and attentive service in the comfortable, humble setting. You will be working closely with the very talented Head Chef, who has worked and trained in some of the best restaurants in London. 
7 Shifts / 2 days off closed on Sundays. 
The Chef
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Be able to take control and work all sections in the kitchen comfortably while maintaining the food standard.
  • Handle the development and supervision of the Junior Chefs.
  • Fully understand all health and safety requirements in the kitchen.
  • Take charge of the mise en place and stock control of your section.
  • You must be a dedicated hard worker who wants to learn and develop your skills.

SOUS CHEF / MICHELIN STAR / BRITISH / £ 35 000

You will be working closely with the very talented Head Chef, who has worked and trained in some of the best restaurants in London. We are currently looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our brigade. You will be working closely with the very talented Head Chef, who has worked and trained in some of the best restaurants in London. The owners are looking into expanding the business so hard work and dedication could benefit you in the future.
8 Shifts / 2 days off closed on Sundays. 
The Chef
  • Candidates will ideally have 3-4 years previous experience working as a Sous Chef.
  • Ensuring that food quality and portion control are always in line with company's specifications.
  • Handle the development and supervision of the Junior Chefs. 
  • Make sure all menu descriptions are up to date.
  • Fully understand all health and safety requirements in the kitchen.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent teamwork skills.
  • Enthusiasm and passion for food.

CHEF DE PARTIE / 3 AA ROSETTE / MODERN FRENCH / £ 23 500

Beautiful 3 AA Rosette restaurant in the heart of the city, with a very busy lunch and dinner service. We are currently looking for an experienced Chef De Partie to join our brigade. You will be working very closely with our talented and experienced Head Chef creating new dishes and techniques. The menu is designed using fresh seasonal produce that is delivered on a daily basis from local farmers just outside London.
THE CHEF
  • Candidates will ideally have 1-2 years previous experience working as a Chef de Partie.
  • Be able to take control and work all sections in the kitchen comfortably while maintaining the food standard.
  • Fully understand all health and safety requirements in the kitchen.
  • Run and organise your section and be able to deliver excellent quality food for a 70+ covers per service.
  • You must be a dedicated hard worker who wants to learn and develop your skills.
  • Flexible work hours.

  • Excellent teamwork skills.

We are currently looking for an experienced Pastry Chef De Partie to join our brigade. You will be working closely with the very talented Head Chef, who has worked and trained in some of the best restaurants in London. 
7 shifts / 2 days off closed on Sundays
The Chef
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Be able to take control and work all sections in the kitchen comfortably while maintaining the food standard. 
  • Handle the development and supervision of the Junior Chefs. 
  • Fully understand all health and safety requirements in the kitchen. 
  • Take charge of the mise en place and stock control of your section.
  • You must be a dedicated hard worker who wants to learn and develop your skills. 
  • Flexible work hours.
  • Be able to remain calm during high-pressure services.
