Beautiful 3 AA Rosette restaurant in the heart of the city, with a very busy lunch and dinner service. We are currently looking for an experienced Chef De Partie to join our brigade. You will be working very closely with our talented and experienced Head Chef creating new dishes and techniques. The menu is designed using fresh seasonal produce that is delivered on a daily basis from local farmers just outside London.
THE CHEF
  • Candidates will ideally have 1-2 years previous experience working as a Chef de Partie.
  • Be able to take control and work all sections in the kitchen comfortably while maintaining the food standard.
  • Fully understand all health and safety requirements in the kitchen.
  • Run and organise your section and be able to deliver excellent quality food for a 70+ covers per service.
  • You must be a dedicated hard worker who wants to learn and develop your skills.
  • Flexible work hours.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent teamwork skills.
