The Chef
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Be able to take control and work all sections in the kitchen comfortably while maintaining the food standard.
  • Handle the development and supervision of the Junior Chefs.
  • Fully understand all health and safety requirements in the kitchen.
  • Take charge of the mise en place and stock control of your section.
  • You must be a dedicated hard worker who wants to learn and develop your skills.

Our beautiful Japanese Izakaya style restaurant located in central London is part of a well-known Restaurant group. We are looking for a creative and hard working Chef de Partie to join our brigade. You will be working closely with the very talented Head Chef, who has worked and trained in some of the best restaurants. The menu serves casual yet refined Japanese cuisine using the very best British seasonal ingredients. The owners are looking into expanding the business so hard work and dedication could benefit you in the future.
Holidays per annum: 28 Days   Shifts per week: 8   Days off per week: 2
The Chef
  • Previous experience in a similar role.

Modern British One Michelin star restaurant. We follow the seasons and take inspiration from the suppliers who put their heart and soul into producing fantastic ingredients for us. We are currently looking for an experienced Pastry Chef De Partie to join our brigade. You will be working closely with the very talented Head Chef, who has worked and trained in some of the best restaurants in London. 
7 shifts / 2 days off closed on Sundays

We are a well established 3 AA Rosette restaurant in the heart of the city, with a very busy lunch and dinner service. We are currently looking for an experienced Chef De Partie to join our brigade. You will be working very closely with our talented and experienced Head Chef creating new dishes and techniques. The menu is designed using fresh seasonal produce that is delivered on a daily basis from local farmers just outside London.
THE CHEF
  • Candidates will ideally have 1-2 years previous experience working as a Chef de Partie.

  • Run and organise your section and be able to deliver excellent quality food for a 70+ covers per service.

We are seeking a Head Chef with drive, determination and a love for the authentic Mexican cuisine that inspired our vision. This talented Head Chef will train, motivate and inspire a brigade, delivering consistently excellent Mexican food to meet our brief. You will utilise the best ingredients to provide both signature and seasonal dishes, upholding our defined brand values, exceptional standards and reputation.
You will deliver these and help develop new, exciting dishes to help all our diners falls in love with tacos and wider Mexican food and culture.We pride ourselves on team spirit, so you must be able to motivate and inspire your team while teaching them the menu.
You will immerse yourself and the chefs in Mexican techniques and ingredients and create succession planning to ensure team development.
You will work closely with the front of house team to ensure the restaurant works as one unit committed to excellence.
You will be fully responsible for the day to day running of the kitchen and the responsibilities that fall within it, including the delivery of all food items, managing mise en place and stock rotation. Ideally, you have completed your Level 3 Award in Food Safety and would be confident in managing this area for the business.
