As ambassadors of the best Spanish dining experience, we are looking for a Head Chef who is passionate about quality food and gastronomy, with the right work ethic and managerial skills and ready to bring the best Spanish culinary experience to the Glasgow public!
The ideal Head Chef ...
- You are a professional chef with relevant experience working as Head Chef
- You come from a similar operational background, cooking with fresh ingredients, and ideally within the Spanish cuisine and gastronomy
- Experience in managing teams in an effective and professional manner. You encourage teamwork and professional growth within your team.
- You oversee the whole kitchen operations, from daily MEP to service, ensuring dishes and recipes are always prepared to the highest standards
- You are able to effectively manage stock and cost-control, from orders through to stock counts, wastage, portioning and service standards.
- Familiar with H&S and Food Safety
- Have a strong work ethic
